Any info on this show? I saw tix went on sale and it's beginning performances in March.....

Is this the same thing that was in London? If so, it can be a fun night out but overall it’s completely awful/cheese/cheap in comparison to ‘real’ immersive productions (ie sleep no more and burnt city).

Yeah, I think there are 3 Gatsbys in development. The immersive one, Florence Welch's, and the Nathan Tysen and Jason Howland one.

Three that you've HEARD of. I imagine there are high quality and low quality, highbrow and lowbrow Gatsbys that have kept a lid on things, but that we'll hear about sooner than later. It's arguably the biggest-name property to drop in Public Domain Day yet (given that its only competition, Sherlock Holmes or Winnie the Pooh, have strings attached since parts of their basic works are still copyrighted).

I did the one in London this past May and it seemed very basic and not that immersive, but my friend had done it in London before and said it used to be much better (despite it being the same company, though they moved spaces).

It's a total tourist trap. Avoid.
