LET'S IGNORE BILLFINN - WHO OBVOUSLY THINKS THE BANDWAGON IS HOME
and discuss the beauty that is Piazza!
I still don't thrill for Caroline.

If you saw Idina and Kristin live, you know what I mean. If you have a *shoe* of Idina and Kristin live, you know what I mean. It came across to me that Idina and Kristin didn't put their "all" into it. It lacked emotion. I've heard Idina go a note higher on that final verse of DG and it sounds great. I wish there was more of that.
...and "Wicked Witch of the East". Michelle Federer is heaven.

If I saw it live.
Thanks, I have seen it 5 times - Idina 4 times, KC 3 times.
JLT is heaven.

And she's pretty. But Idina is hot - and that's all I really saw 4 times.
J/K in a way.

Posted: 5/25/05 at 9:57pmI know that I'm not a "broadway star" here or anything and I didn't even think you insulted Wicked all the time, but I just wanted to say that it's annoying to read Wicked bashing in a thread that has nothing to do with it. I actually do like the Wicked cast recording though. I'll stop being hypocritical and leave the thread to The Light in the Piazza now.

Maybe, but Idina's are better.
Trust me on that one!

Posted: 5/25/05 at 10:01pmOkay. Idina's boobs are great, but not as "milky white" as Kelli O'Hara...? See. It's going back to Piazza.

...I would consider that Dracula...
::sighs::
Miss that show.
Piazza has a great score. I didn't think I'd like it -- but seriously, how can't you?

Posted: 5/25/05 at 10:05pmI'm hoping it will be in Toronto when my brother goes so he can by it for my birthday. Stupid living in hicktown Canada.

Posted: 5/25/05 at 10:06pmThe score is enchanting and the lyrics are wonderful. I just miss the Chicago Production. I don't like the changes Guettel made and I miss Celia as Clara. :: sigh ::

Posted: 5/25/05 at 10:12pmYeah, amazon is an option, but I'd rather have my brother pick it up for me in Toronto, just cause i don't have a credit card and last time I ordered something from the states there was a 40 dollar extra charge.

I got my copy last night.
One of the most beautiful cast recordings I own, I must say.
Just absolutely wonderful.
But there's nothing like listening to those orchestrations live in the theatre.
Listening to the CD does bring some beautiful images and memories of watching the show.
I cannot praise this show enough.
There are no more words.
Therefore, ahhh.

I would love to hear Celia as Clara, by the way.
I think Kelli's great, but I think Celia would be too.

Not to be a di*k or anything,
but can you refrain from discussing Idina and Kristen's breasts on a freaking LIGHT recording review thread?
Also, who cares about their breasts even IN an Idina and Kristen breast thread?
Furthermore, I'm sick and tired of hearing people complain about having to read WICKED bashing when *I* have to come here, to a thread I started about LIGHT...'s recording and read about WICKED.
Jesus H. Christ.

Because Idina's breasts are magical!
Some of us are straight!
Besides, I said my thing about Piazza. Jeez, if I btched evertime one of my threads was threadjacked...

I don't care if my threads are threadjacked. I just care when they're jacked for ridiculous conversation.
BTW - BillFinn isn't straight.
Also BTW - I may not be straight, but I happen to have quite a love for Melissa Errico's breasts. Do you see me talking about them? No.
