other i would like:
kerry butler: very good, but not GREAT
euan morton: if he chose something ELSe for his broadway debut he would hav had it made
linzi hatley: same as morton

But only because I'm following the rules ... these eight are on Broadway now.

1. Raul Esparza ... he has amazing control and is v. funny
2. Mary Testa .... what a voice! Also, amazing comedienne
3. Sutton Foster ... I've never seen someone hold a show together as well
4. Marc Kudish ... in everything he does he scores -- whether a goodie, a baddie, or a dippy
5. Norm Lewis ... sheer power in vocal control, plus, he's pretty!
6. Mary Bond Davis ... powerful, controlled, wild ...a great combo
7. Tovah Feldshuh ... smart, funny, generous
8. Bernadette P. .... the voice, the power, the gift she gives away every night!


Frankly, were she on Broadway right now, Pattie LuPone would be on this list, too. Probably right at the top!

-Nobert Leo Butz
-Sherie Rene Scott

-Brooke Sunny Moriber
-Bernadette Peters

But there is so much more. I can't narrow all those talents down to 10. I also love Hunter Foster, Kerry Butler, Amy Spanger, Felicia Finley, Heather Headley...and the list keeps going.

Ok, everyone must understand that this list is based solely on the CDs of the current shows. Unfortunately, I have not made it to New York, so that is all I have to base my opinion on. So, no being mean!!
