Has anyone see this? I have one more slot in my trip tonight and am wondering if I should add this. I know it’s gotten great views and a few Olivier nominations, but I wanted to hear some other people’s thoughts.

If you are prudish, no.
But if you love theatre on the edge, that deals with controversial subjects - go ahead.
This will come to New York.

I liked it very much and think it’s absolutely worth seeing. I don’t really understand the “controversial” abortion scene everyone is talking about that makes people pass out and causes the show to be stopped. It was a beautifully done scene that should be hard to watch but ultimately is just very sad. Like I’ve seen people say, maybe as Americans knowing that women are now forced back into that position, it hits a little harder for us, now.

I saw this at it's off-West End premiere at the Almeida. A good play. Though I may have dozed slightly at times....But like Jordan, I am a little confused by the reaction to the SPOILERS abortion scene. I would hate to see it without the wonderful Romola Garai, though. If it transfers I hope she stays with it She has worked in New York before, in Roundabouts wonderful revival of Stoppard's India Ink a number of years ago.
