The empty void known as my head alternats between Good zmorning Baltimore, You Can't Stop The Beat, and Dancing Queen
There is no song in the world that is harder to get out of your head than Tomorrow or My Favorite things.
I don't know about that. I have trouble getting "The Telephone Song" out of my head once it rings in!

"You Can't Stop The Beat," "Everything's Coming Up Roses," "Run, Freedom, Run." Those are just to name a few.
The ultimate showtune to never get stuck in your head is "There Once Was A Man" from The Pajama Game.
There once was a ma-aaaan
Who loved a wo-maaaaaan
She was the one he gave his kingdom foooo-OR!
They say that nobody ever loved as much as heee-eeeee
But meee-eeeeee-EE!
I love ya moooore.....
Hope I've sufficiently managed to put everyone in the same misery I'm in

Thanks for nuthin' 44. I was in PJG over 20 years ago and it's still stuck there! OY!
After working sets for a regional production of South Pacific, and then seeing it several productions since, "Honey Bun" is my song of doom.

"Everything's Comin' Up Roses" (and that part from "Rose's Turn")
"Gimme Gimme"
"My Favorite Things"
"Without Love"
"Good Morning Baltimore". I always find myself beating out that opening drum percussion in my head.
Recently its been Belbec By The Sea but usually it I Hate Men ( DO NOT ask why!!)
oh so many songs get stuck in my head!! most recently it's been rose's turn (gypsy), my husband makes movies and a call from the vatican (nine).
also, oddly enough, "you can't stop the beat" (hairspray) gets into my head, but only the part where kerry butler sings (especially: "...and if they try to stop us, seaweed, i'll call the NAACP!..)
Do You Hear The People Sing is another one.

Stars and the Moon from "SONGS FOR A NEW WORLD" is always in my head.
I just love that song more then I can say.
Today I mainly had two songs stuck in my head that kept rotating each other...the show tune was "Dainty June and her Farmboys." The other song was the one from Toy Story 2...the one that Jessie sings... "When She Loved Me." I've been stuck in a Disney/Pixar mode lately.

Currently it's the overture from Nine. It's either that or My Husband Makes Movies. Occasionally I get random Full Monty songs in my head, and since Saturday, Heiraten (um...go see Liz McConahay. amazing).
