Oy.
Daphne wasn't cast because she looks to old and she just had a baby. Thats the same reason (minus the baby) why Freddie Walker, the original Joanne Jefferson, isn't reprising her role.
I think everyone on this website knows about the movie, who the cast is and when its coming out.
I'm going to bed.
I do apologize for rudeness, but I am tired and this was very amusing to someone on little sleep.

That doesn't make them a "wonder." It can make them nice to watch though. We need to get over the obsession with actors. I mean it's ok to admire someone, but really, must it change every time a show opens. I have an idol. Nathan Lane. How many Nathan worshoping threads do I post....never posted one. I would especially not do it, if there were A MILLION OTHER POSTS ON THE SAME FRICKIN' TOPIC......AHHHH. ok. done. I like the music from Wicked but I wish it would close so we could stop talking about the show and it's ever changing cast.

SHOSHANA BEAN IS AMAZING.
I saw her in Wicked and she was better than Idina. She can actually sing the notes and hold them every single time. Don't get me wrong, I love Idina, but Shoshana is so amazing.

What's even funnier is that I got a PM explaining the characters and plot because they "thought this would help."

Shoshana is amazing to me. She's not a very good actress as Elphaba, but she is the best singer I have ever heard, in my opinion, and she's a lot nicer to her fans than Idina.

Posted: 3/3/05 at 8:06pmi just saw the show yesterday with my school (3rd time seeing it) and for the second time (first i saw eden...loved her) i LOVED shoshana. her voice is amazing! and i liked her acting too...she always seems in character, evn though that is obviously expected for a broadway performer..still...i think she is fabulous. im a HUGE fan. seeing this thread makes me happy!

Shoshana is indeed a force to be reckoned with. Her voice is crazy; her range is so versatile and strong.
