A three-day, free outdoor Times Square festival heralding the reopening of Broadwaywill culminate in a Sept. 19 concert celebrating what organizers describe as “the entirety of the Broadway industry.”
Specific participants and performers have not yet been announced.

I just pray this goes better than De Blasio's doomed from the start reopening concert in Central Park.

Was anyone there yesterday Friday Sept 17th?? I was walking by and heard someone singing Don't Rain on my Parade. Any idea who she was...she was pretty powerful..

It was from the Jimmy Awards reunion concert... sparkling talent on that stage. Lily Kaufmann sang it - she joined the B'way cast of Mean Girls just two days before the COVID shutdown.
