I don't work on a corner. What an awful thing to say.

I work for a service and I'm sent out to different places (usually hotels and sometimes offices) and my boss takes care of us. If anything bad happens, he's right there to fix the problem.

I've been here from the start, and before that on broadway.com. Nowadays I rarely chime in, not like the old days. Much less friendly, but I can't help it. Still interested in what you guys have to say.

I've been here for a while and I've been insulted (best was when I was called a bigoted, racist, manipulative sock puppet. NOBODY calls ME a sock puppet!) and I've been complimented (favorite was when the grand dame of all - DAME - addressed me as "Hussy". Only then did I feel part of the 'in crowd'.)

I do allow the acid-flinging to get to me sometimes. Particularly when there's real acid being tossed in my own life and I don't need the addition of faux acid from here) but I truly love so many people here that I keep coming back - if only to look over your shoulders.

That's what you have to look forward to, all ye new posters!
