Tony Predictions

How can anyone offer up How to Succeed in Business as a best musical revival. I know there are only two candidates but come on. That show has no chance. It is not very well done and it has a big problem ANYTHING GOES is about a hundred times better in all regards.

anyone voting for Daniel Radcliffe as best actor in a musical should be barred from the theater in London and New York for the remainder of the year. He cant sing.

What on earth are you people seeing in Tony Sheldons performance that makes it at all Tony worthy?

Tony Predictions

I can't see Kate Shindle getting nominated, much less actually winning.

I think Supporting Actress is gonna be:

Nikki M. James
Laura Benanti
Victoria Clarke
Nicole Parker
Jessica Walter
I know you. I know you. I know you.

I really really liked Tony Sheldon's performance (sorry, Jordan et al), but I also think he should be put in Featured. I had this discussion on another thread, but it seems that he'll end up in Lead. I do think he'll have a very strong shot of winning Featured, while he will probably be overshadowed in Lead. But we'll see.

Theres no need to apologize to me. I just don't see anything other than a somewhat decent impression of Terrence Stamps brilliant performance from the film.

Glinda, I can not see Jessica Walter getting a nomination. I didn't get to see her the night I went, but that role isn't much (if anyone from that show got a nomination in featured actess, it would be Laura Osnes). Also, as much as I would like for Laura Benanti to be nominated, I think it is doubtful. I can't see Kerry Bulter not getting a nomination.

I see it as this:
Laura Osnes
Nikki M. James
Kerry Bulter
Victoria Clarke
Nicole Parker? (haven't seen the show)
