Ron Holgate won a Supporting Tony for 1776. He sang one song early in the show, and was not heard from again. He certainly brought down the house nightly with it.
Peg Murray won a Tony as Fraulein Kost in Cabaret. Kost is largely a non-singing role. As I recall, her only solo is at the beginning of Tomorrow Belongs to Me.
Michelle Pawk was excellent as Kost in the 1998 revival of Cabaret. But didn't get a Tony nomination.

Paxton Whitehead was nominated as Pellinore in Richard Burton's Camelot revival. He had no songs. Vincent Gardenia was nominated for Ballroom without any songs.
I'm not sure about this one but I don't think Barry Nelson sang at all in The Act but was nominated for Best Actor.
Diana Rigg was nominated this year in the best featured actress in a musical category for My Fair Lady. I don't think she sings at all.

She sings plenty, including Sondheim’s most famous number.

I'm pretty sure that post was a joke at the expense of Glynis Johns' infamously unexceptional singing voice. But it was from 9 years ago so it's unlikely that the poster will return to clarify.
I didn’t realize this was an old thread.
I think her voice is perfect. :)

I agree she has a charming, unique quality to her voice. The way Sondheim tells it is that he wrote Send In The Clowns specifically for her voice. Because she wasn't a trained singer, he wrote the whole song with very short phrases that she could get through in one easy breath. And he tailored the melody to her voice's light, airy quality.
Rex Harrison won for MY FAIR LADY in 1957...he pretty much spoke the songs...but it worked!

Patsy Kelly won for "No No Nanette" and I believe her role as Pauline the maid had no songs.

''I read that Isao Sato was mainly nominated for his dance in Pacific Overtures.''
I don't know where you read that, but I can't recall Sato having any notable dancing in ''Pacific Overtures.'' However, he had two songs: In Act I, he plays Kayama and does ''Poems,'' a duet with Manjiro (played by Sab Shimono). And in Act II, Sato sings the lilting solo ''A Bowler Hat.''
