My PC crashed on me! What'd I miss? It looks and sounds like a commercial break right now (being a plain black screen with no audio). Has it turned back into a rehearsal yet, or has it still just been shots of Times Square?

With Clay Aiken in Spamalot, all of Broadway is singing a collective "There! Right! There!" -Me-

Ahh! That terrible noise that comes with those colour bars.
I had turned on the CR of Merrily We Roll Along because I had gotten bored without audio, and then BAM! There goes my ear drums.

"Whoopi: Phantom of the Tony's"
^ What was that?
Whoopi was playing Christine Daae, riding in the boat to the Phantom's lair singing Phantom of the Opera with alternate lyrics.

This just in; the Tonys will now be hosted by that pigeon.
It will also be replacing Patti LuPone in Gypsy when she finishes her run.

Don't know about anyone else, but I had an audio-less, obviously pre-recorded feed of Times Square for several minutes, which recently cut out and is currently the same black screen you now have.
And now it's a test pattern. And now, people in line for "The View"... and now it's frozen on an Asian lady and a pigeon with a grey-bearded gentleman in tinted glasses looking on.
I can't see how this whole thing wasn't an accident - Equity and the other unions surely wouldn't allow streaming of a rehearsal - there are contracts and payments due and all that. Plus the actors couldn't have known that they were going be watched over the web before noon on a Sunday the morning after a two-show day with a matinee and an awards ceremony still to do, and certainly wouldn't be happy about it.
I suspect someone didn't secure a link they were supposed to or something and it's finally been caught...

Yeah, I'm pretty sure Equity wouldn't like this.
I just have a black screen now-no audio.

Yeah that's what I figure too. I've given up - plus it makes me feel not guilty for prewatching all the performances and stuff.

It's just too bad we didn't have audio on Patti when they were apparently having some sort of technical issues. Would have been nice to be a fly on the wall when that happened.

And we're getting clips from the plays. Cool.
