Tonys Live Stream?

For those of us that unfortunately are without televisions, does anyone know of a place online that the Tonys will be live streaming? Thanks!

Playbill.com will be streaming it live which is great news for us west-coasters who have to wait until 8pm pt to watch it.

Yeah no, if you read that page, Playbill will be streaming the red carpet, and then tweeting the winners and interviews backstage as they meet the media after their win. Absolutely not streaming the broadcast, which is undoubtedly what the OP was asking about.

Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

Yeah, Playbill is only streaming the red carpet.

Unfortunately us West Coasters will have to wait till 8pm local time to watch it, since it won't be streaming live. I wish CBS would join the 21st Century and realize that tape delaying both the Tonys and the Grammys has pretty much been rendered obsolete by the internet and social media.

So, looks like I will be without access to a tv during broadcast time as well. Shiiiit. I know no one has accurate info for this year, but in years past I've read about people watching live (if unofficial) streams online. For a novice, what are the best sites to check on Tony night?

Yeah, I live on the west coast and I think its so ridiculous that they make us wait 3 hours for it when they could just play it at 5:00. Especially in this day and age, when anyone who wants to can find out who won in 2 seconds by doing a quick google search, which might lose them some viewership. Though I like to be surprised when I watch the broadcast, so I have to swear off all social media for 3 hours every year.

Just google CBS livestream and hope for the best. They're not always the clearest, but they usually get the job done until the YouTube clips show up.

I've done this for various sporting events and other shows; I don't think the Tonys would be that different.

Anyone recall when exactly they put the Tony Awards up on iTunes last year? Was it on Tony night, Monday morning, later in the week? I know there's no guarantee it will be the same timing this year; just wondering if anyone recalls what happened in '13.

Which one? Frank DiLella or Patrick Pacheo? They're both annoying in different ways, though the younger is at least nice to look at it, if a bit frozen.
