They should be honoring ALL foh workers for having to deal with this. From my personal experience, the safety managers haven't been very consistent with enforcement, particularly once a performance begins.

Agreed. I think it should extend to House Managers and Security. Some of the behavior I have seen has been awful. This has affected everyone who works at theaters.

ABSOLUTELY! FOH teams are often forgotten about are are literally on the front lines.

I agree with the sentiments expressed by others in this thread. The honor should be extended to the others cited not just the safety managers.
