Les Miserables 10th
Sound of Music
West Side Story
(I think that if you aren't really a big musical geek, these are probably the ones that will come up the most.)
Personally:
Les Mis 10th
Oklahoma with Hugh Jackman
Into the Woods
Cats
King and I
Music Man with Kristen Chenoworth
and so on...
OKay... um more than 3 personally, but just thought I'd give my input.

These are my choices:
Into the woods
Chicago
Music Man (Matthew Brod...)
DVD's 85% Americans have in their DVD Library
The Wizard of Oz
Annie (Aileen Quinn, Carol Bernett)
Into The Woods
Sunday in the Park with George
Sweeney Todd (both versions)
Honourable mentions:
Victor/Victoria! film, Sound of Music, Oklahoma! w/Hugh Jackman, Passion, Singin' in the Rain, West Side Story, King and I, Fiddler on the Roof, Gypsy (both film and TV versions), Mary Poppins, Oliver!, A Funny...Forum (simply because it preserves Zero Mostel's performance) and Cabaret...
Why all the votes for the new MUSIC MAN? The original is SO much better, plus it has the original Broadway choreography and the irreplaceable Robert Preston. And while I agree with most of the choices thus far, how can one live without DAMN YANKEES, LI'L ABNER, PAJAMA GAME and BELLS ARE RINGING for sheer Golden Age history?

I think the only musical I have on DVD is Madonna's Evita.
I doubt Moulin Rouge counts.
