Try not to hate me. (OK, you can hate me a little.)

I won the Broadway Box lotto yesterday and got to see Hamilton! Still in shock. It can actually be won, kids!

Here's my review: https://allisoneditorial.wordpress.com/2015/08/08/you-guys-i-saw-hamilton-on-broadway-for-free-and-it-was-fantastic/

(Spoiler: It was amazing.)

"Mr Barrow, I remember you posting the day you won the Hamilton Lottery. How about a little respect for the winner. "

I posted that in a thread discussing the Hamilton lottery. I did not make a separate thread to rub it in people's faces but thanks for trying.

What's remarkable is that this is the exact same title Brantley used for his review of Hamilton in the Times.

This is a person gloating.

Hate to tell you, hun, lots of us have seen it.

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Broadwaybox.com is having a lottery each day for the month of August. Not to be confused with the actual lottery that individual shows run.

Thanks for the clarification.

Well Mr Barrow, considering that this was not the Hamilton lottery it was the Broadway Box Lottery, I think a separate thread was justified. I am glad to see that people are winning tickets (although I probably would have made a different title to the thread if I had won).

Any way while I am on the topic of sharing info on BWW. I would like the other users to be aware of your PM posts to me on Thursday regarding the Hamilton lotto for opening night. As many of you know I posted details on the opening night lotto and Mr Barrow decided that the rest of BWW should not be aware of the events of the day. The following is a direct quote from Mr. Barrow.

"It would be a little smarter if you didn't alert everyone to it. Just sayin'..."

To which I responded that I was not even sure I was going, I just was trying to get people there ( I was getting a mani pedi with one on my B'way girls). To which he responded

"Then you're just a dick. Thanks a lot."

I am sorry that you didn't find my brdway411 helpful or that I did not need to share the info with the rest of BWW. But now the rest of the board knows what kind of person you are. I am sorry that by posting the info I cut your chances of winning tickets to a show you already won tickets to. Have a great night. OH and FYI in the future if you are going to call me a name please, it's B$TCH!
