eh, Agony isnt that great out of the context of the show..Brush Up Your Shakespeare goes on FOREVER..and if the audience thinks that YOU know you are being funny, that song gets old really quick. A buddy and I once did Lily's Eyes as two blind men, and were overly melodramatic when needed, and the audience ate it up. I suppose , Your Nothing Without Me, from City of Angels, but thats not slapstick, more tongue in cheek, but a possibility if done right.

I think the issue being addressed here is the title of the thread. "Two Male Comical Duet" is rather redundant. "Male Comical Duet" would work just fine.
Im telling you, do Lily's Eyes as blind men with canes and selling pencils. It works, trust me. Take a risk, thats what performing is about! Unoriginality is pure Agony!
