Update on the lady from fiddler :(

one of the bartenders told us tonight at work that the lady who had a heart attack was the associated with the show and passed away. I don't know the real deal details but, this is what he told us. I REALLY hope she didn't pass on.. but, if it's true I send out my biggest prayers.

According to Broadway.com, the lady was Jerome Robbins' sister, and she did pass away. She was 91 years old, God Bless Her...

Oh my! I sincerely hope it wasn't because she was upset with the way her brother's material was being treated on the stage.

so...jokes like papas (which has not been deleted, yet) and others (including mine) are removed for referring to this situation and trying to make light of a horrible tragedy,
but continual outright attacks on members who regularly read and visit the board are allowed. seems odd to me.

It's very sad to hear this. An opening night, 91 years old, I would imagine she was a very vital woman.
