Has anyone seen the video of Katie Holmes singing and dancing on Eli Stone? She sounds pretty good! The song she is singing sounds like a showtune -- anyone know what it's from?

She's better than I thought! And funny, I never noticed before how much she looks like a young Stockard Channing. Her "On My Own" is terrible, though... if she went to my high school, she wouldn't even be considered for the chorus... so I guess that she must have improved with age. Good for her.

That wasn't too bad, though I agree about "On My Own." Did anybody see that episode? Is she supposed to suck? If not, then what the hell were they thinking? She sounds like a Muppet making a guest appearance on Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Are you talking about that episode of the Creek when she sings “On My Own?” I thought that was dubbed because it just sounded so fake. Nonetheless, it still was SO horrible and unbearable. Just thinking about it makes my ears hurt.

I like Laura Benanti’s “Hit Me With a Hot Note.”

Really, not too bad. Overall, I am pretty impressed. Way to go, Katie!

I just wish I didn't want to whisk her away from her life's insanity all the time. It stresses me out to watch her sometimes. She seems like a wounded deer.

She played Lola in Damn Yankees in high school...I would have loved to have seen that. I enjoy Katie. :)
