Genuinely one of my favorite pop culture personalities. 

Fun fact: he's the "pimp" in the infamous photo of Trey Parker and Matt Stone, tripping on shrooms, dressed as Britney Spears and J-Lo at the MTV Music Awards.

Nice Piece on the AP website. Not sure if there was another photo but this article refers to him being on a red carpet for the "South Park.." movie and they were dressed as J-Lo and Gweneth Paltrow.

The photo was actually them attending the 2000 Academy Awards where Trey Parker and Marc Shaiman were both nominated for Best Original Song “Blame Canada” for the 1999 film SOUTH PARK: Bigger, Longer & Uncut.
