Which cast is better? worse? Who are some standout actors?

PS... how reguraly(not sure if spelt right?) are the leads in the Chicago cast out? Because im going to see the Chicago cast now in mid-June . And i REALLY want to see Kristy, Stacie, and CAROLE(so excited for her!!!! i hope she is there!) i was also wandering (haha) if the tickets ORCH T are any good! (ik i have asked about the seat numerous times)

I'm in love the with Chicago cast currently. They're all soooo strong and just amazing. I can't wait to get back there later this month to see Stacie and Kristy.

I love Julia a lot, but I find the rest of the cast on the tour lacking.

I don't know enough about the current b'way cast to make a judgement.

The only way you'd get a somewhat valid opinion is from someone who has actually seen ALL of the casts you are asking about... and even then it's subjective.

I have seen the Bway cast with Idina/JLT and the touring cast when they were in L.A., and enjoyed both very much.

Never seen anyone but the Chicago cast. Personally I REALLY disliked Stacie (as I said before she faked her high opera singing voice). Although Kristy was great. I was worried about getting u/s too (well except for Stacie which I heard bad things about from before) but from what I heard the u/s are great too. I think there was a flu or something going around before but everyone was there when I saw them April 5th.

I saw all 3 casts- Broadway, Tour, and Chicago last summer, but have not yet seen the new companies on tour.

Well they've all sort have mixed together haha but I would say Broadway though Chicago is not bad at all!

Never seen it on Broadway, so I won't comment,

Kendra Kessenbaum on tour is wonderful, hysterical, and heart-wrenching all at the same time. Then again, I did see her early in the tour so I wouldn't know how she's changed.

Chicago company seems in fine shape to me, I really enjoyed myself!

I agree its hard to say without having seen all of them...i personally, think the tour cast is great. Kendra can have her off nights, but i think for the most part she's awesome! ive seen videos of 4 diff populars and i still think hers is best...julia is great as elphie and sebastian is awesome as fieyro. It's really personal preference...while everyone can agree if someone sang their notes flat or on key, how they acted the roles and their persona is just up to personal preference.

I've seen the show in NYC four times (Eden & Kristin, Idina & JLT, Shoshana & Megan, Eden & Megan) and the tour twice (Stephanie & Kendra, Julia & Annaleigh). I enjoyed the show much more both times I saw the touring company...but that probably had a lot to do with the EXCELLENT acting and vocals by Stephanie and Julia. I also felt that the ensemble had more energy. If you are able to see the tour while Julia is in the show, I would definitely say it's worth full price. Enjoy!

Well if you feel like making the trip to NYC, Magic, you can see Kate Reinders again, as she'll likely be taking over as Glinda when Megan Hilty leaves.
