It’s 8:43 and I’m the 17th person in line. There’s a group of girls in front of me and three older adults. Two girls just joined behind me.
I was actually the 19th person out of around 40 and I got my ticket at 10:13. My seat is Orch G, seat 21. There were a limited number of rush tickets, according to a sign on the door, so I was lucky!

This is the last week with one show Sundays. So moving forward, there are no more Wednesday shows at all, two on Sunday and one Monday night. This will be the regular schedule until the end of the run in January...with the only changes made during Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Years weeks.

I am not able to confirm for sure. However, whenever we’ve had a double show Sunday starting at 2 pm all last spring, it had been 12pm as you suggest.

What time did you get to the theater? Trying to plan my trip for Saturday.

I'm hopefully rushing the show tomorrow. If I get there between 4-5am, should I be able to get a ticket? Only one.

Can’t speak exactly for how it is since the new cast members just started, but I would imagine 4-5am is way too early for this show. We saw it a few days before this new cast change and arrived at 10:05am and got 2 tickets easily. Granted I think arriving that late for this new cast is probably too late. I would assume like 7-8 would be fine. Someone correct me if I’m wrong though, maybe this new cast is generating much more interest

I walked by a lot of the theatre district yesterday around 8:00 AM yesterday to see what line looked fairly short if I wanted to see something. Waitress appeared to be pretty normal. I honestly don't really think Colleen and Todrick's fans know what rush tickets are. I'd think you'd be fine getting there at 7:00. But playing it extra safe is always smart.

Not sure if this was directed at me BUT on Saturday I got to the theater at around 7:30. At first I thought I was the first one there, but someone was cleaning the sidewalk so the line had been moved to across the street. There were 3 people ahead of me. The first person had gotten there between 5:30-6am. The first people ahead of me were all looking for evening performance tickets. I was looking for two matinee tickets. I ended up getting seats D22-24 in the orchestra, which wasn't bad at ALL. I'm actually surprised it wasn't busier before I got there given that it was Colleen and Todricks first two show weekend performance.

Is there only one show this Saturday 8/31? One the website only the evening show is listed but when I click on Ticket Info it takes me to Tickemaster and it shows a 2p and 8p show for this Saturday and evey Sat going forward.

Walked past on tuesday and there were 3 people in queue at 7.30am
Today (29/08) joined queue at 7.30 and there were 6 people in front. As 7th/8th in queue we got partial view - row E (17/19) and row D (19/21) left orchestra
Thought it was $48 per ticket but it was $40 each

For those of you that have rushed since Colleen and Todrick joined, what is the latest time you would recommend arrving at the rush line on a Saturday? (I'd get tickets for either the matinee or the evening show).

They switched it at some point, I’m not sure when exactly. It was $48 when I saw Sara and Gavin but $40 during Shoshana and Jeremy’s run

I rushed this morning—got there at around 8 and I was the 6th person in line. By 9 there were 11 people in line and by the time the box office opened there were 18. I got partial view Orchestra tickets.

Did you get for the matinee or evening? Which seat(s) were you given?

I went for the evening show and was given seat H 23 in the orchestra. I think it’s the last seat all the way on the aisle further from the stage.

Has the cold weather and/or Waitress' imminent closing and/or Jordin Sparks affected rush in any way? I'll be going next Saturday hoping to rush, but also honestly don't want to spend a whole lot of time outside in the cold.

How long is "a whole lot of time"?
