Dr. Doolittle
The Lion King
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.

The announcement of what just won the Pulitzer reminded me - Rabbit Hole! And another prize winner, Anna in the Tropics.

Go figure.

Phantom, Les Mis, and Cats.
Each time I was wowed from the beginning, and then the show just dragged on, and I'm thinking "when's this gonna end".

Revival of INTO THE WOODS.

Vanessa Williams was laughable.

And it lacked something vital, the stakes just weren't there. It's like the stripped away it's adult air.

It was pretty bad.

Jumpers, sadly I just could not get my head around this show.
"All I ask of you is one thing: please don't be cynical. I hate cynicism -- it's my least favorite quality and it doesn't lead anywhere. Nobody in life gets exactly what they thought they were going to get. But if you work really hard and you're kind, amazing things will happen." Conan O'Brien

Not all of Avenue Q. Just some parts of it.

Curtains wasn't really a bad show. It just bored me a little. I didn't really like the score. It felt like every song just missed something. I seriously remember walking out of the theatre looking in my playbill for the one song I thought I liked but couldn't remember a single one of them. It's not a bad show, it just bored me a little.
