At Lend Me A Tenor last night, I noticed something off about the prices of their memorabilia items.

The program was $10, but their poster was $20 and included a silver Sharpie...WTF?

One would think the price of the program, being as it offers alot more from the experience, would be higher in price...

Thoughts?

As they get closer to closing, maybe they have TONS more programs to unload. I'm guessing they USE to be twenty as well -- which is the norm.

I was at the theatre the very first day the programs were offered. There was a lot of 'fanfare' about their arrival, and they charged $10/

At the touring production of Rat Pack Live at the Sands (terrible show by the way) they were charging $35 for a Tee Shirt and $40 for a DVD of the production. Needless to say, I did not see anybody with a souvenir bag.

I bought a Tenor windowcard during previews, and I'm pretty sure it was $15 then (and didn't have the Sharpie included). Maybe the Sharpies aren't selling and they are bundling them together now.

I never really thought about it before, but it's a little odd that the program usually costs the same or slightly less than the windowcard, although it obviously costs more to make. Just a simple case of the windowcards being more popular and therefore having a higher price, I'm sure, but it's a bit odd.

I also think its odd that window cards range from $10-$20 depending on the show. I recently paid $10 for Everyday Rapture, $15 for Chicago, and $20 for Hair

I find it weird too. Especially when shows change their prices during the run. When I first bought my Next to Normal poster, it was $10. When I went at the end of June, my friend paid $15.

Different merch companies... different suppliers... different prices. Not that complicated.

at mamma mia the program is $10 and the window card is $20. I don't think that is unusual.

When Wicked came through, t-shirts were like 25 or 30 bucks. And they are made out of that weird material that is supposed to stretch or something to fit you. My friend bought one in his size and it doesn't fit.
