Theatrelover2, welcome to our family and our cult!

Yeah now that we have songs and group sing-a-longs I guess we could call ourselves a cult now huh. On some levels that could be viewed as really creepy and disturbing but I think I'll just skip on over that and join in the singing. :-P Anyways, welcome new people!
And sorry everyone about the David Searching confusion. I don't even realize I abreviate anymore. :-P And incedniary, unless I'm mistaken, isn't Mark the one who literally shoves David up against the door after less then a sentence of dialogue? Heh that was rather surprising.
PS. Anthony, if you haven't succumbed to the urge to run screaming from your laptop or at least shake your head in disbelief at us yet, well you have a tolerance for our craziness that can be matched by very few in this world.

I agree. But do we really know what we're saying half the time? Here's a brilliant(okay maybe not brilliant but good idea) idea. We just stop writing things here that might embarass us and then it'll all be okay.

Heheh a good idea Race but I think in our situation, its easier said then done. :-P I just tend to spew out things as they pop into my head. I know, not the best quality at times but it happens. Whoops.

Waiting for Godot. Waiting for the music to download and the attachment to attach is like Waiting for Godot. Nothing to be done. I swear.
I know what you mean Dream. I usually write what is in my head too.

But the thing is it's over the net. We're not actually sayin it to his face and I know I'm never gonna meet the guys. So.........a part of me kinda doesn't care, as long as it isn't perverted or mean.

Yeah and even if I ever did happen to meet Anthony I'd still say the stuff I say because saying something to someone over the inernet is still talking to that person, just not face to face. I don't usually say something online unless I were prepared to say that same thing to the person face to face should that opportunity arise. Yeah, random blurb of ranting there...blame the sleep deprivation. :-P

OMG I can't find any of these movies and I'm very upset. Grr. I think we should just all get together and have a movie marathon. (everyone else: *blinks* Kali: ....Okay, maybe not...)
"Kali, why is Roger on a cliff?"
"Because the cliff is love, Rachel."
"Oh."

I wouldn't mind having an Anthony Rapp movie marathon with all of you. I just don't think I live near anyone, which makes it a little hard. Iheartmark, you can't find any movies with Anthony? Not even A Beautiful Mind? He doesn't have a huge part in it, but it is a pretty popular movie.

yeah actually I guess I exagerated...however you spell that. I have that movie and Adventures in Babysitting, but that's about it.
I doubt I live near anyone else as well but still lol it could be like a pilgrimage. ^^

You still have one more Anthony movie than I do then. All I have is A Beautiful Mind. I saw Adventures in Babysitting a long time ago before I'd ever heard on Anthony Rapp or Rent. So, I don't really remember it.
A pilgrimage? I'd do it. Especially since the only movies with Anthony that I've seen are Adventure in Babysitting and A Beautiful Mind.

Hey guys and girls! Here in sunny California. Sorry very tired. Eleven hours driving in the car has gotten to my head a little bit. Just glad I got to take the computer at least.
Sounds like fun.

I'd do a pilgrimage to an Anthony Rapp marathon!
And Iheartmark, I think blockbuster should have Man of the Century. I went looking for it and they had it in stock so maybe you'll have some luck there. And Race, didn't you say that David Searching is being released on DVD? (try Ebay...I got my VHS copy there for 2 cents
). Heheh everyone come down to California and we can have an Anthony movie marathon!
OK done with the inane rambling for the night. Bottom line is that Mika needs more sleep at night then what she's been getting lately.

YAAAY Thanks for the info, Dreamcatcher. I would jump up and down but I think I killed my leg.... 0.o.... But OMG I think we really should have a marathon, that would be the coolest thing EVER.

I agree, a marathon would be really fun! I hope whoever said David Searching is being released on dvd is true. I really want to see Anthony's movie-musical Open House but someone told me it's not on dvd yet. Does anyone know if it's going to be released anytime soon?

Ohh yeah I want to see Open House too. But I talked to this guy who runs an independent movie rental store near my house about it and he looked it up and said that it was never released on DVD and there are no immediate plans to as of now.
I guess it just played in festivals for a while. Sad, it looked really interesting. But I have a feeling a copy could probably be found on Ebay or something....
We all definitly have to organize this movie marathon. That'd be so much fun. :-P

First off, a movie marathon sounds divine! Any one here in FL?
Secondly, the Rent blog says Monday, Anthony will answer our questions. Anyone gonna to post a question? Any hope he'll answer ours from this board on the offical blog *hints at Anthony* Any hopes he'll give a shout out to his desperate fans here at this board?
My question for him (should he run out): Will the video blogs be apart of a larger behind the scenes documentary, possibly an extra on the DVD?
P.S. Anthony, if you said Happy Birthday to my best friend Alex, she would love you (and so will I).

Yay I'm so excited to read the Q and A session with Anthony. Any question I could ask has probably been asked 100 times already by now but it'll be an interesting read.
Yeah if anyone lives in California, PM me, we'll scedule a marathon! :-P

I want a movie marathon too. If anyone lives in Iowa they can PM me, but I doubt anyone does. I guess I'll just have to watch A Beautiful Mind again and again. And I can steal Dazed and Confused from my sister and watch that again. But if anyone lives near me PM me and we can have a marathon.

Is Dazed and Confused any good? I've been debating for a while on wether to rent it or not.

I saw it a few years ago, so I don't remember it that well. I think I liked it. And it's one of my sister's favorite movies. Maybe someone else who's seen it and remembers it can tell you if it's really any good.

I'm not allowed to see it. Isn't that AWFUL!? I tried to explain to my mom that Anthony was in it and I was morally obligated to buy it because I would be a bad fan if I didn't. She won't even let me rent it. *sigh*
About the marathon--Like I said I'm willing to travel. I have Jesus Christ Superstar and Pippin until the first week in August, and working Annie after that, so I'll be free by the fourth week in August....hmmm maybe we could pick somewhere to have a gathering during a school break ^^

That's terrible! If we do have a marathon, we'll probably watch it, so you could see it then. I'd be willing to travel too, but I don't know if my parents would let me go very far.
