Wax Lion is a four in (about) wax lion figurine. He's on the window sil in their apartment.

The Mark Sandwich is as Maureen is walking to the champagne table right before TMoLM.

And The Swish is during La Vie Boheme. Someone makes hand movements over Anthony's head.

During the commintment ceremony scene, Mark is hugging Joanne in congratulations, and as the camera pans away, you can see Roger behind Mark, hugging both of them, thus putting Mark in the middle of the hug and creating a "Mark sandwich" of sorts.
