Hugh Panaro in Company when he sang Being Alive. I think I was the only one around me crying. Lol.
Jason Tam in A Chorus Line.
I also cried during "One", because I have always wanted to see that, and, I don't know, it just made me cry. Maybe cause I was so happy?
Bernadette Peters and Mandy Patinkin sang We Do Not Belong Together in Sunday in the Park with George. I watched the DVD actually and tears just running out.

You're not the only one, Racetrack. I'd heard him sing it in a cabaret back in September and it was touching. But when he sang it in Seattle, I was sitting there in the second row thinking, "Not gonna cry...not gonna cry." And I lost that battle. And got a cute apology after.
Howard McGillin in The Phantom of the Opera. (that's off the top of my head). Yes, I cried during 'Music of the Night' because that is the kind of loser I am.
Who else...
Alan Alda in Glengarry Glenross, mainly because his character was so pathetic.
Jon Peterson in Cabaret, his rendition of "I Don't Care Much" is heart breaking.
That's all I got for now. I don't remember if any other actor has made me cry other than those three.
"Yes, the brutalities of progress are called revolutions. When they are over, men recognize that the human race has been harshly treated but it has moved forward." - Les Miserables

The three that come to my mind are:
Byron Jennings and Gabriel Byrne during their toast at the end of Act One in A Touch of the Poet.
And Brian Dennehy as Willy Lowman in Los Angeles, especially when he said (to paraphrase), "Isn't that something ... my son loves me."
Both Judi Dench and Patricia Hodge in A Little Night Music. Walking the line between heartbreaking and hilarious at all the right moments.
Bernadette both times I saw Gypsy.
So many have already been mentioned. Holliday, Lupone, Sherie Scott, Orfeh, H. Headley, Stokes Mitchell. More recently, I found myself seriously fighting back the urge during Jacques Brel while Natascia Diaz was singing. I was (pleasantly) surprised by that.
brenda blethyn in NIGHT MOTHER... i didn't think it was a great production but she had me (and everyone around me) in tears at least 3 times during the performance
I cried because of performances by:
JLY in Jersey Boys
Jason Tam in ACL
Raul Esparza in Taboo
The first time I saw Rent

Ebersole in Grey Gardens..I couldn't talk for a solid half hour after leaving the theatre..amazing performance.
Spelling Bee was my 2nd Broadway show, and during 'The I Love You Song' (which I had already heard from the recording) I lost it. I remember Celia and Lisa each looking down at me (I won lotto and was right in front of the microphone) and they both just looked soooo sad. I can't listen to that song without just bawling my eyes out.
And, althought I mist up whenever a show starts, when the curtain opens, or the lights go up... (the magic of theatre has completely eaten up my soul) I absolutely love it.
Also, in Mary Poppins (4th Broadway show for me) during Anything Can Happen when Ashley Brown sings "If you reach for the stars..." and the lights go over the audience, I lost it again. Plus, the Bird Lady in Feed the Birds, just the whole scene was so touching.
At the end of At The Ballet (A Chorus Line, my 3rd Broadway show) was a pretty good tearjerker. Just the entire sequence leading up the final notes was fabulous..
And although I never saw it, Sherie Rene Scott singing "I Know the Truth" from Aida is astoundingly beautiful. The pain in her voice gets me every time.

"The Chess Actor's Fund Benefit Concert. At the very end, when Julia is crying and she goes from "Playing games, losing our lives for nothing" and then she and Josh go into the "How can I live now?..." I was in tears. It makes me almost cry just thinking about it."
Yes. ME TOO!!
I cry easily, but the most I've ever cried during a show was when I saw Patti LuPone in Gypsy, more specifically during her Rose's Turn. I still tear up when I talk about it.

Raul, Being Alive in Company last Friday night. I have never cried like that in a show before. It was coming out faster than I could discreetly wipe it away. My shirt had tear marks on it. Something about that song, and his performance. I hope it doesn't get a bad review.
