I celebrate both Christmas and Hanukkah. So I got stuff for Hanukkah already. I didn't actually get tickets to anything yet but I got lots of money. So in my eyes I got a lot because I will buy myself tickets with the money I got.
In The Heights Tickets- February (Lin's Last)
West Side Story Tickets February 28th (My Birthday!)
Guys and Dolls Tickets- Sometime in February
Lotto a few times for multiple shows
And I actually got Funny Lady and Cabaret DVDs!
I also got iTunes Gift Card and I bought Sunday OBC so far.
And Amazon gift card that I will most likely spend on some Broadway movie or CD or book.
Everything is based around Broadway this year.
I got a wonderful Broadway wall calendar and a raise, with which I will be going back to NY in February to see Billy Elliot again.
And we haven't had Christmas yet!
Howard sing Ashman. It's always great to hear how the songs were born. The Smile disc is peachy, Ashman and Hamlisch sing with so much vim and vigour, their enthusiasm is palpable, who knew from listening to this, it could end so badly.
I'm bored, i haven gotten anything yet, but I'll say what i asked for.
Billy Elliot Tickets
In The Heights tickets
Rent Tour Tickets
posters, picture frames, etc
Just the Spring Awakening OCR.
And August: Osage County tickets I guess, as my Mum paid for them...
Betty Buckley at Carnegie Hall signed poster
Hair signed poster (Jennifer Hudson, RuPaul et all)
Angela Landsbury/Mame ornament
DVD compilation of A Chorus Line TV moments, original cast
ticket to Blithe Spirit
not related, but interesting*
original cel animation from 1st Sesame Street, of the capital letter "A", with placque, animators, director...from 1973
The one thing I asked for (a ticket to A Little Night Music) I've already been told I'm not getting. My parents were going to get it for me because they knew how much I wanted to go ~ it was the ONLY thing I had asked for ~ but they're both retired and their retirement funds took a big hit in the stock market crash, so Daddy's already said that I'm not getting it.
They could surprise me, but since I was informed yesterday that I've got six boxes under the tree, I'm not counting on it.
So... I guess we'll see what happens.
The DVD's of Company, Into the Woods, and Sunday in the Park with George.
All I wanted was a magnet from Liza's show and the Playbill. I got them both. My friend sent them to me.

So far a ticket to see a regional production of "Annie"
And then purchased for myself to go under the tree (Mom and Dad needed ideas):
A Playbill from Carrie (Opening Night...maybe?)
Wicked 5th Anniversary Playbill
Stand-by Joined: 10/20/08
I haven't had it yet, but I know I'm getting to do a Take It From the Top workshop, and the Spring Awakening In The Flesh book
DrunkChitaRivera, how is Funny Lady?
Every time I go the the mall, I pick it up, but I never actually buy it.

I got a Spring Awakening photobook/info book of some sort from a fellow teacher that I drop off at the subway sometimes.

I'm not getting anything theatre related from my family since they don't like theatre.
I got myself my own present though and that is happening on Friday. I'm seeing my favorite Elphaba in Wicked. Who happens to be in my pic on here.
I'm getting a huge Young Frankenstein poster like the ones in the subway stations.
My parents and I celebrated Christmas on Sunday cause my mom is working tonight, tomorrow and Friday and we're leaving for Florida on Saturday. I got a few gifts (all wonderful) but nothing broadway related. I actually treated myself to James Barbour's concert yesterday and boy was it worth it.
DefyGravity777 ~ I hope you enjoy your experience at Wicked! :) That sucks that your family won't get you things you would like just because they don't though.
so far, since i chose the tickets with my parents, tickets to hairspray on sunday :) and my dad said he would pay for me to rush a show that night, so possibly that, and ill find out tomorrow the rest!!
but so excited about hairspray :)
So far a Telecharge gift card and tickets for Shrek for Feb.
Wicked Japanese Cast CD
We Will Rock You Madrid Cast CD
(Well, they've been ordered but I haven't actually received them yet).
wall clock, but the wrong one!
i asked for the bcefa 2008 musicals one, my mom got confused and got me a playbill one with plays on it. gonna exchange it.
asked for closing night ticket to spring awakening (back when they weren't yet sold out)...but its not happening. =(

If having my next month's trip's hotel paid asa Christmas present counts, I'lll be seeing two or three shows.
Also got last-minutes bus trip tickets to "White Christmas." Our local bus company had some cancellations, discounted them deeply (like half-price), so my partner and I thought ...what the hell. We had a sucky weekend last weekend, so some holdiay cheer won't hurt.
I didnt really get anything theatre related but as a late chanukah gift Im taking my sister to sit onstage for the Xanadu tour on january 24. Really excited!!!
My 21st birthday was on Monday, for which I got a balcony ticket to A Little Night Music... plus lots and lots of drinks (not Broadway related but good nonetheless!). I can't wait for January!
