I'm definitely in a classical frame of mind this week:

So far, Mendelssohn's, "Hymn of Praise" (extremely beautiful choral work and orchestrations)

Right now, The Verdi Requiem (which I'll be singing next spring).

Early this week it was Pippin and Hedwig (briefly).
Now Woman in White has been in residence for 2 days.
Just got the TPOTO Soundtrack and haven't decided if I'm going to wait for the movie to open and then listen or not. Brooklyn and Carols for a Cure are both on backorder at CD Universe and I am anxiously awaiting them.

There's an all Christmas station where I live, so I've been listening to that on the radio. Otherwise it's been Linda Eder's Gold and Audra McDonald's How Glory Goes.

Today I am listening to some obscure show where some guy is singing about "where the wavin' wheat, can sure smell sweet, when the wind comes right behind the rain." It is making me happy.

Why didn't they record Patrick Wilson and his sweet voice?

"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' It's usually a dark bar with a bottle of vodka." ?Chitty Chitty Bang Bang's Jan Maxwell plus i proudly share the title of the shortest member over the age of 10 with wickedrentq!
