What the bit where NPH was doing a bit to camera and they seemed to be arguing? Presumably that was set up like the Lion King actor and the guy who couldn't see past his head dress earlier.

I'm pretty sure it was a setup (especially after the other setups later). There's no reason why they would be hanging around backstage like that otherwise.

Yeah, any time NPH was talking there was weird stuff happening behind him, so I figured it was just another set up thing.
