i recentlly bought footloose for fun, chicago and dreamgirls which is just amazing. I also borrowed pippin from my friend and i find that very entertaining.
"At the opening night party, they had clowns on stilts, jugglers, a chocolate fountain, popcorn, hot dogs. [My son] looked at me like I had been holding back. Like, 'This is what you do?' I had to tell him, 'No, no, darling. Opening nights don't usually look like this.' The Frogs
Dreamgirls
Parade
from amazon, and I just pre-ordered Altar Boyz, a few days ago.

Now that I've heard Dreamgirls, I can't remember how I lived without having heard Jennifer Holliday singing And I Am Telling You I'm Not Going.

Little Shop of Horrors- revival cast (already had the national tour recordings but A.) the guy laughing in the background was a bit annoying and B.) I wanted to hear Hunter in the role. :-P)

Am now debating between Urinetown, Thuroughly Modern Millie and Aida with the gift card I recently found.
I wanted to get something that an "ex"-junkie like him would really appreciate and cherish....it's a brick of heroin shaped like a heart. -Scrubs

just this week at Virgin on Broadway I bought
Ben Franklin in Paris, Barnum, and the Lady in White.

Since I just got back from NYC, can't tell you if I like them

I just bought the Assassins Revival and Im obbsessed with it. I can't belive the talent they have on that cd.

Two's Company & the Seventeen/High Button Shoes combo. I have the initial release of High Button Shoes, but that wouldn't stop me from picking up the Sepia CD.

The Mad Show has been brought up. Clearly the WORST cast album I own. It's astonishingly bad. Aside from Sondheim number, totally excretable.
