UGH. This theatre is seriously such a dump. They NEED to renovate it before putting another show in.

If The Prom takes the Cort, it may as well not even open.

Bland title. Out of the way theater. No big stars. Good luck!

Now that Network has moved to the Belasco, will it finally be renovated?

Did Network move to the Belasco? My tickets from Telecharge say "Cort Theatre."

Unless you bought your tickets today, they would say that.

I ordered them last week, they arrived by email today.
ETA: Son of a gun! Just saw the change notice on Telecharge. Should be no change in my ticket location since it is stage seating. But good, better theater!

In that case, I hope what's next for the Cort is a much needed renovation.

As much as it needs a refurbishment, I can't help but think that Hadestown is a near perfect fit. The decrepit look of the theater will definitely match the show's aesthetic, and that gorgeous proscenium could be built into the scenic design.
