Just saying.
It is unfortunate that "The Cher Show" isn't selling. Such a thrill to see SJB in the show. We both did "Funny Girl" together at Downey Civic Light Opera back in October 1993 when we were both so young.
Updated On: 6/9/19 at 10:40 PMI love “The Cher Show” and Block is incredible in it. However, that performance on the awards tonight was...unfortunate, at best. Block came off as someone doing a bad impression of Cher and that is the complete opposite of what she does 8x a week at the Neil Simon. My friends and I just looked at each other confused over what they did tonight.

I have to believe there were Tony voters watching tonight and thinking, "Shoulda voted for Beth."

I AGREE WITH THIS 100%. I loved the Cher Show and SJB was the total highlight for my friends and I. The Tony performance unfortunately fell flat, at least to everyone I was watching with (who all saw the Cher show with me).
What is next for Charlie Williams ?
Charlie was cast in “Magic Mike”, so maybe he’s still involved with it, if it still happens.

I imagine Cher is probably much more expensive to run and because it’s performance was..... well pretty horrible probably The Cher Show

Does The Music Man have a theater yet?
No but that’s not opening until fall of 2020. I’m assuming it will take the shubert. Maybe ALW’s Cinderella will go into the Neil Simon this spring.
Isn’t “Cinderella” having its premiere on the West End before coming to Broadway? I just assumed that was at least a few years off from coming here.

The Music Man is going into a Shubert house, and the Neil Simon is owned by Nederlander.
I heard they’re trying to get Cinderella on broadway next year.
Does ."...Virginia Wolf" have a theatre? Not sure who presents them? I'm thinking Shuberts.
In any case, my dream scenario is that people wise up to the revival of WSS and it makes a transfer to (possible Neil Simon 1,467) or another theatre. Then, a show like The Music Man could move into it. Movie name like Hugh with Broadway and now TV face Sutton Foster - - I don't see any issues selling to a large venue like the Broadway Theatre (1,761) even after the holiday season.

Virginia Woolf will likely end up at the Laurie Metcalf Theatre, otherwise known as the Golden.

Ha! Love it!
But also, even if doesn't end up at the Golden, I would hate to see a small-scale play like Virginia Woolf drown in the Neil Simon. It's way too big for that show.
