I was in NYC a few days before Sutton's last in Millie and I could have gone so I am quite angry at myself for not doing so. I never got to see Aida either. It's another one I could have seen but I didn't want to see Michelle Williams. It was a week before Deborah Cox took over...

Les Miserables...from the front. I only ever got to see it from the wings when my school did it.
"This is what I trained to do, and this is what I love about theater. What I love about being an actress is being able to really look into myself and understand another human being. And out my own self, to shape and form and fashion a real human being--and to present that in such a way that people see something of themselves or their own understanding in that human being." --Phylicia Rashad

I regrett missing NEVER GONNA DANCE because it's the only one of Karen Ziemba's Broadway appearances I've missed in the 12 years I've known her (not counting "Encores" and benefit concerts).

"maybe our mistakes are what make our fate. Without them, what would shape our lives? Perhaps if we never veered off course, we wouldn't fall in love, or have babies, or be who we are. After all, seasons change. So do cities. People come into your life and people go. But it's comforting to know the ones you love are always in your heart. And if you're very lucky, a plane ride away" -sex and the city
