Is there a theatre on Broadway that you think has the best cheap seats compared to the others? Like a last row in the rear Mezzanine or Balcony that still feels close to the stage? Or partial view seats on the extreme sides that still have great views for most shows?

Some seats for rush with &juliet are marked partial view, but I think you get a good seat for what you paid! They're typically on the sides of the orchestra but I never felt like I was missing anything
American Airlines Theatre, bar none.
The layout sucks a little, but there’s a ton of legroom and the last room still feels perfectly intimate. (Plus, easier access to bathrooms).
Also, Circle In The Square, since most productions are thrust or in the round and you’re never more than 13 rows from the stage, but those seat prices can vary by production and sometimes be quite high

The Imperial has some cheap(er) partial view seats of the latter type. I sat in one (extreme left, mid-orchestra) for Bad Cinderella and any obstruction was minimal.

Obviously, the show charges the prices, and the bigger hit a show is, the more expensive they are going to be.
For my money, I have two rules when I am trying to save money:
