I am going into the city on Wednesday and already have tickets to Talley's Folly. I am trying to figure out what to see for the evening show. Below is a list of what I've seen. I am truly open to anything, just want to see something good. Thank you for your help.
Annie, Book of Mormon, Chicago, Jersey Boys, Lion King, Mamma Mia, Matilda, Edwin Drood, Newsies, Once, Phantom, Spiderman, Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike, Wicked
Avenue Q, Blue Man Group, Fantasticks, Forbidden Broadway, Madrid, Perfect Crime
And I have tickets to a later performance of Last 5 Years.
I'd give Kinky Boots a try. (And then put Pippin on your list!)
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

"The Spectacle has, indeed, an emotional attraction of its own, but, of all the parts, it is the least artistic, and connected least with the art of poetry. For the power of Tragedy, we may be sure, is felt even apart from representation and actors. Besides, the production of spectacular effects depends more on the art of the stage machinist than on that of the poet."

The OP has already seen Matilda. If you are going to stick around, you really need to actually read the posts.

If you're open to seeing another play that day, as opposed to a musical (you've already seen so many!), I would recommend All in the Timing at 59E59. I loved it so much, I'm going back to see it again this weekend. Made up of six one-act plays, the show is so so funny, and brilliantly performed and staged. I would describe it as Monty Python on a good day with an extra dose of absurdism thrown in. Nice small theater too.
