What to see in March? Discount codes?

I'm thinking about a trip March 1-5 before a trip in May to see War Paint and Hello Dolly.

Sunday in the Park is 1st on my list, Evan-try for SRO, possibly Great Comet...What else is a must see?

Sunset Blvd? What's the outlook for Miss Saigon?

Any discount codes for these?

I'm there the exact same days. My priorities are "Natasha and Pierre" and "Dear Evan Hansen," with "Sunday in the Park with George" and "Significant Other" as other possibilities and backups. May try the "Hamilton" lottery once or twice.

I have no interest in seeing Glass Menagerie. I hate this play, but also have heard nothing but negative things about this production. I think that's one I'd definitely skip. Sorry! Definitely Sunset Blvd and maybe like someone suggested add School of Rock to your itinerary.

Miss Saigon starts previews March 1st and will be on Bway until Jan 2018 so you have time. Sunday in the PArk is limited engagement and I just saw it last night and was amazed by it. Try to definitely see it if you can. Annaleigh really modernizes the role of Dot. The Hudson theater is small having seat capacity of around 900+. Sightlines are fine. I don't think there are any partial-view seats and personally I think the best seats are front mezz but obviously that really depends on what aspect of the show you want to see.

As for Evan Hansen, definitely try SRO. Full-view and affordable tickets.

Another one that's hyped up a lot is the off-bway Sweeney Todd. They've transformed the Barrow Street theater into a pie shop!

Hudson Theater is not that big and the sightlines are great. If I were to see the show again, I think the best seats are front row mezzanine as your view is unobstructed and you're close enough to see Jake's eyes as he transforms into a dog and Annaleigh's tears at certain parts of the show---- yet far enough to appreciate the Chromolume (sp?). I sat in front orchestra and I had to literally look at the ceiling above me to see the Crhomolume (after 4-5 seconds I started getting dizzy so I just stared at the cast during that segment.) The stage is eye-level but they placed another platfrom on top so I couldn't see the orchestra at the back except the conductor because he was standing.

There are no box seats so side mezz is full view as well.

As for Come From Away, I don't know much about it as it hasn't opened yet. I haven't seen any commercials yet either so not sure if there's a buzz.

Come From Away is fantastic! I'd recommend checking out the show-specific thread on here to get more insights from many who've seen it out of town. It's an even better choice if you're looking for something shorter to facilitate a late show at 54 Below or something, as it is one act and runs somewhere around 90 minutes.

Just got the last ticket for Sweeney Todd for 3/2- looks pretty much sold out or singles for the next couple months!

Going to purchase Sunday in the Park now. Which is better far right row P orchestra or far right row D Mezz?

"School of Rock" was surprisingly fun when I saw it on my trip last year (it was a last minute replacement show for my sister and I after "American Psycho" abruptly closed before our vacation). However, the audience was definitely the worst out of all the shows we went to see, but that may be because there were more kids in the audience.

I would suggest "Come From Away" though! We saw it twice in Seattle during its run there (we would have loved to have seen it more, but tickets sold out quickly), and it really reaffirmed our faith in the goodness of humanity in times of darkness.

im also planning on getting to NYC at the end of March. Would love to see "Dear Evan Hanson", but it looks like it's mostly sold out until the end of April now. And my sister and I don't really want to waste time waiting in lines for standing room or cancellation tickets. I guess we can try the digital lottery they have, but we usually have our show schedule booked down to a T, so we might just have to wait for the inevitable tour to come to Seattle.

For all the people talking about Sunday in the Park seating... do you mean Dress Circle?
