Ok so I'm going to NYC in about June here are shows I'm going to see:
Promises, Promises
Lips Together, Teeth Apart
Wicked(I know! Don't say anything. Just ignore)
Next To Normal
and
Billy Elliot.
So here's really the point of my thread.
What are you going to go see the next time you either visit New York or go to the theatre?

not Wicked... seeing Wicked is kind of a waste of a show to me. My time in New York is always valuable and I see as many shows as possible. There are just too many shows on Broadway that are way more worth the time and money.
Addams Family
Spider Man

This thread is going to give me a headache... I can just tell.
"THEN WHY DID YOU OPEN IT??? WAH WAH WAH??"
Because... Look at the f*cking title - it's so Broadway. Literally. Hey, Stephanie fan person, please rephrase & change. I beg of you.
Thank you! xoxoxo
Stephanie Fan....don't change a thing. Now to answer your question... I'd like to see: "Looped" with Valerie Harper, "La Cage" (to see what Nick Adams does) and maybe "Addams Family". I'd like to go to NYC sometime in June... where summer will be nice and warm.. even hot is better than now (where it's 20 F here). I might even see an off-Broadway show. from RC in Austin, Texas

No idea when I'm going to see a show again, but I want to see the following:
The Miracle Worker
Promises, Promises
Hair (Yes, I still have not seen it.)
Fences
West Side Story (Again)
In The Heights and Rock of Ages again, Promises Promises, Adams Family and maybe Next to Normal.
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu
I'm coming to NY (well the USA) for the first time ever, and I've booked tickets to see:
Sondheim on Sondheim
A Little Night Music
Anyone Can Whistle (Encores! though, I guess this doesn't count?)
lips together, teeth part
the glass menagerie (off-broadway)
There is this concert on at Carnegie Hall on the 16th of April, with Paulo Szot and Kelli Oâ??Hara singing Learner & Lowere, which I'm also seeing.
If I have the time and money, I might try and fit in another couple of shows. Maybe I should see SOUTH PACIFIC to get some kind of idea what a full-scale Broadway production is actually like.
I already have tickets for Sutton Foster's concert at Joe's Pub and Anyone Can Whistle in April.
And I plan to see:
Promises, Promises
The Miracle Worker
The Addams Family
So many good, new shows coming to Broadway within the next few months! I'm gonna try to see as much as possible! :) I'm excited!

I'm really digging the plays this season, so...
A View From the Bridge
Time Stands Still
The Miracle Worker
Present Laughter
But, since I live in NYC I'm not necessarily in a rush to see anything.
