OBC cabaret (with joel grey)
West Side Story, opening night on Broadway.
Then: Camelot
Sweeny Todd
the original Assassins (I did see the new production)
A Little Night Music
but you did say one. West Side Story. Can I see it twice?
You said one, so I got it down to one musical and one play:
~A Chorus Line
~The Seagull
Sweeney Todd, OBC Into the Woods, Chorus Line, Both Casts of "...Mattress", Both Casts of "Music Man", West Side Story, Susan and Adam in "Cabaret"
I didn't see the 1, I guess then Sweeney OBC.
Sunday In the Park With George
Parade
Rent Original Cast
Jesus Christ Superstar
Assassins Revival
Caroline, or Change
Taboo
Evita OBC
Les Mis OBC
Sorry, I couldn't narrow it down to just one.
Song and Dance
Oh God, My number one is the Original Chicago with Gwen and Chita. Don't even get me started on that. Though, I do beleive the show is on film, and I will see it someday, but nothing could compare to being able to see it live.
Also, the Orignal Revival Cast of Chicago with Ann and Bebe.
Oh and also the Orignal "The King and I", with Gertrude Lawrence, wow.. That would be amazing. Also the original "West Side Story", and "Bye Bye Birdie", both with Chita.
Carousel Revival
Master Class
Ragtime
Marie Christine
(Notice a trend)
Other than Audra:
Dreamgirls OBC
All the Ausgst Wilson plays( Not musicals, but still)
The Wiz
Aida OBC
West Side Story
Rent OBC
I'm sure there are more but can't think of any just yet. But if I only could do one,it would have to be Ragtime. Audra, BSM, Marin, A must!
Tommy... such a fun show. I saw it back in 95 and would love to see it again.
And of course, OBC of Rent and Wicked, though I have seen those too about 10 times each :)
the revival of how to succeed
Every Broadway show since 1950.
HAIR
PROMISES, PROMISES
A CHORUS LINE
WEST SIDE STORY
MAME
CABARET
...all OBC, but if I have to narrow it down to one I would pick PROMISES, PROMISES because it doesn't have a film version.

Musical - "Passion" OBC/"Funny Girl" OBC
Play - "Tea And Sympathy" with Deborah Kerr
Rent OBC, A Chorus Line, Nine, Assassins, Tick tick boom
One? Oh man. Umm....well, I'm going to "think outside the 90's" and go with my all time favorite musical of West Side Story. That would be just amazing.
