Anne Runalfson
Saw her as Julie Andrews understudy in VV & nothing since
If you put "Anne Runalfson" in the thread title instead of the mysterious "Whatever happened to................???????", people might actually know what the hell you're talking about and respond to it.
She played Carlotta in Phantom a few years ago.

Take a valuing. No need to get your pantries in a wad.
"Take a valuing. No need to get your pantries in a wad."
For some reason this reminds me of a scene in THE MUSIC MAN:
Mayor Shinn: And I don't want to hear a poop out of you, woman!
Mrs. Shinn: I think he means "peep."
predictibility?
The milkman, the paperboy, evening TV.
Everywhere you look , everywhere you go (there's a heart).
There's a heart
A hand to hold onto.
Everywhere you look , everywhere you go.
There's a face
Of somebody who needs you.
Eveywhere you look,
When you're lost out there and you're all alone,
A light is waiting to carry you home,
Everywhere you look.
Everywhere you look.

Fay Wray.
That delicate, satin-draped frame...
As it clung to her thigh...
How I started to cry-y-y
'Cause I wanted to be dressed
Just the same!

Also, if you spelled her name right.

Then, you clearly didn't read who created the thread
Namo - maybe i shouldn't ask on this thread but I have never understood the "whozis" lyric from I'm Still Here - what does it mean?

Probably just a slangy version of "What's her name?"
Namo - Many thanks, I kind of thought that but was never sure.
I always thought "whatsis" and "whozis" were widely-known popular slang...
Guess not.
Whatever happened to - twin sets
Whatever happened to - hi-fi
Whatever happened to - TV sex
Whatever happened to - you and I
Your passion is a product
(of) highlight and detail
That come hither look
Bonus offer retail
Whatever happened to - pick-up trucks
Whatever happened to - yellow pages
Whatever happened to - burning books
Whatever happened to - new ages
Your emotions are cheap
Cut price cash and carry
Your heart on your sleeve
For any Tom, Dick or Harry
Your love is a cashed-in cheque
Oh oh that's the way of all flesh
Whatever happened to - Chairman Mao
Whatever happened to - God above
Whatever happened to - the cow
Whatever happened to - plug-in love
Your pasteurised life so fit for consumption
Ooooo those undressing eyes so strictly commercial
Your love is a cashed-in cheque
Oh oh that's the way of all flesh
All flesh
All flesh

Whatever happened to...?
Janie Sell (Tony Award winner for "Over Here" 1973)
Trazana Beverley (Tony Award Winner for "For Colored Girls...") 1977
Hinton Battle (three-time featured actor Tony Award winner) 1981, 1984, and 1991
And I am sure there are lots others.
Janie Sell retired and left the theatre for many years. She returned under her married name (Jane Ann Trese ) in "Moon over Buffalo" with Carol Burnett during the ninties.

Oh jnb, quoting Pete Shelley will only serve to make me adore you more.

...Baby Jane?
I was Janie Sell's publicist when she did Moon Over Buffalo. She did a few performances a week, because Carol Burnett didn't want to do 8 shows a week after a while.
Janie had left the business. Went into the business world and was having a successful career when she was called to be Carol's understudy/cover.
After the run, she went back to her private life.
She is a really nice, sweet, person. She remembers her time on Broadway quite fondly, but does not regret her decision to leave the business.
