Title says it all. Where is he? I miss him... His website has been taken down! (again, sorry if this has been posted before. I searched, couldn't find it)
Stealing the Eiffel Tower no doubt.

No, but seriously... Other people must have noticed he's missing too, right? I haven't heard of him since he returned to Les Mis. With all the Assassins going through my head because of the release of the new CD, I got to wondering where he is.

Doesn't he own a theatre somewhere in NC and run some acting school in NY as well?
Terrence Mann has directed "The Lost Colony" in Roanoke this summer. I've heard great things about it.
i miss the website!!! now we can't find out about the man who answers that vital question - "Who's da mann??""
haha
he did do a duet with susan egan on her new cd - janis ian's roses - and he's interviewed in making it on broadway
i heart terrence mann, but for now i'll satisfy myself with james barbour and of course hugh panaro.
ive been thinking that exact thnig.
Noticed he did something up in western Massachusetts recently - seems the only place to keep track of him is actually on the Scarlet Pimpernel message board - they try to keep tracks of all the people from the show....
I see that his wife is playing Roxy Hart in Chicago again until November - does that also mean that Terry may be in town?

He's in Daytona Beach this weekend at Seaside Music Theatre to host a Directors Gala for their production of 'Beauty & the Beast'.
John Tartaglia is also there as well.
PS- Go see their production, it's excellent.
Terrence Mann is (i'm thinking) the artistic director for North Carolina Theatre (NCT) here in Raleigh, North Carolina. He's done some excellent things for theatre in this area and his company produces very excellent work. I've seen several of their productions ("The Wizard of Oz" and "La Cage Aux Folles" to name a couple).
He also started a short-lived concert series here called "Broadway Rocks for the Arts" where he gets Broadway names to come to a very nice amiptheatre space in Cary, NC (not far from Raleigh) and perform some of their favorite Broadway songs and some of their own personal songs they've written. The first year he had Anthony Rapp, Daphne Rubin-Vega, Alice Ripley, and many others... (I forget the whole list, now...)
Though I've never met him, I was impressed by his performances...And Alice Ripley and Anthony Rapp sang several songs from his new pop-opera of Romeo & Juliet, which just held auditions in Raleigh this week.
Sorry I loaded you all down with silly T.M. info :)
Terrance Mann was recently in NYC and recorded a track with Susan Egan on her latest CD, Coffee House (which is now available online). It's a beautiful duet...
He was also involved with the Williamsburg (think thats right) theater this summer. Thats the same one that Christopher Fitzgerald was in, as Puck in Midsummer.
Yes, he was at Williamstown Theater Festival in Cabaret & Main. He sang a few chorus numbers, accompanyied the Apprentices on piano, and was completely fabulous. His wife, on a different week, also performed, I believe. My friend babysat their two girls while they were in the show together.
Two friends of mine from school are participating in "The Lost Colony" production on Roanoke Island in NC this summer, which Terrence Mann directs every summer. I recently saw it and had a lot of fun, it was very interesting and I enjoyed it a lot.
Does anyone else think of Tom Hewitt as the new Terrence Mann?

No. I think of James Barbour as the new Terry Mann, just because he's taken like all the same roles (Beast, Czolgosz, there was one more...). If he was ever Chavelin in Scarlet Pimpernel... ugh. I'd get angry with the Marguerite when she DIDN'T leave the Percy, even if it was Doug Sills himself!!
Tom Hewitt's cool though. I love him. He *made* my trip to NY a few years ago before I moved there when I saw him in Rocky. UGH. Great show.
I LOVE "The Lost Colony". I never miss it when I'm down there.
I saw this summer's broadway rocks with the NC Smyphony and it was awesome. Terrance himself has not aged gracefully, but he makes up for it with such a down to earth presence. The other performers included Alice Ripley, Brian D'arcy James, Norm Lewis and a couple others that were outstanding.

No, Tom Hewitt never had unfortunate hair.
