I cannot prove that every cast member was the original, beyond saying that I saw them all early in their engagements, the way Whizzer and folks see first previews, and that all the people with any sort of billing were always still in the show. The earliest ones were probably its my parents (who could see that, unlike my siblings, I really loved it when they brought me).
