I know the excitement in the Palace is going to be amazing. What a wonderful experience for everyone in the audience who get to see this show on its first night.
I'm seeing it in a couple of weeks, and I cannot wait!

I don't know if I could have more exciting news (at least for me!),but mom and dad knew how badly I wanted to see the show in Chicago, and this weekend gave me an early birthday present. I AM SEEING THE SHOW WEDNESDAY! Apparently they tried to get us tix for the first preview on Tuesday, but couldn't get good seats. So dad and I are driving out tomorrow and seeing the show Wednesday night. I am having a bit of trouble containing myself.
We have always taken a yearly father/daughter trip, but this one is too much to handle.
I'll have a report for you all later this week.

The buzz here has been tremendous with articles in both Chicago papers. Chris Jones in the Trib is particularly eager with his article this week calling the Cadillac Palace "The most exciting place to be in the theatrical world this week."
I hope to get down to see it very soon-- tickets are selling briskly but there are still seats available.
