So with the recent announcement of the schedule for next year's Tony Awards, I have of course been reading comments from different people on who they would like to see host. And that got me thinking about asking you guys on not only who you think should host, but mainly one a host we haven't seen yet.
Of course Hugh Jackman could might as well come back next year, but given his schedule for 'X-Men: Apocalypse', it seems unlikely at this point. Neil Patrick Harris could also come back if he wants to, but I think it would be much more exciting if he came back in 2016 for the 70th Anniversary. And a friend of mine is still rooting for Rosie O'Donnell to come back...
But in any case, here's some of my ideas for who I think should host the Tony's wether it be next year, or someday in the future:
Zach Braff
Kristin Chenoweth
Harry Connick, Jr.
James Corden (if his schedule with 'The Late Late Show' could work out )
Alan Cumming
Tony Danza
Jesse Tyler Ferguson
Zachary Levi
John Lithgow
Matthew Morrison
Jim Parsons
David Hyde Pierce
John Stamos
So now I'm asking you guys, who would you like to see host the Tonys that we haven't seen yet?

It's going to be Hugh Jackman or Neil Patrick Harris.
I'd like a woman-Tina Fey perhaps?

Depending on the reception James Corden gets in his first few months on air, and when The Wing decides to make the call- I think he would make a great host. He definitely has the showmanship and comedic timing to make a great host.
It should be James Corden. It's what he does. Won't he be on the same network? I'm sure they'll push him.
Please, not James Corden.
Why, I ask, can we not have a woman do it?

Laura Benanti. Realistically, Neil Patrick Harris forever.
Why can't we have Amy and Tina host everything?
I think they'll either resurrect NPH or Jackman.
I think it's disgusting that they don't trust any woman to host. (I know Rosie did it for a number of years. There has to be a woman that could do it.)
Laura Benanti would be awesome. I wonder if they could pair her with a Jackman or NPH?
I'd like to see a duo (with good chemistry) host it. I wish we could find the Brad Paisley/Carrie Underwood of Broadway. I know it's not realistic, but… Laura (Osnes) and Santino?

Whoopi has done it, too, and more recently than Rosie.

I agree that Laura Benanti would be fantastic. Have her co-host with someone.
Anyone but Hugh Jackman please. I would die for Benanti to get a shot.

GSLCC is probably correct. Corden makes plenty of sense, seeing as CBS will want to push their newest Late Night host. Actually, I'd be surprised if it wasn't Corden.
I can tell you, for a fact, that Jackman will not be available for this commitment due to his filming schedule.

James Franco.
He did a very nice job co-hosting Broadway Barks this year alongside Bernadette Peters.
James Franco? The worst host in the history of the Oscars?
HAHAHAAAAAAA.
I know it's a long shot but Miss Idina Menzel would be PHENOMENAL and probably ratings gold. Did anyone go to her Radip City show (or see clips online)? She is so, so funny and charismatic on stage as herself.

That's actually kind of appealing..though a co-hosting of Idina and Neil would totally work for me!
How about Idina and Kristin???
