Who would you like to see play Jenna? Betsy Wolfe is leaving Waitress for Carousel within the next few months 
I would really like to see Eva Noblezada or Jasmine Cephas Jones take the role. You???

Kate Baldwin. Laura Osnes (though not likely). Phillipa Soo. Eva Noblezada could be amazing, though rumor has it that she's the next Eliza after Lexi.

Carmen Cusack! She may be a bit long in the tooth but hey she's been playing 16 in Bright Star for going on three years now. I think she'd be marvelous.

What is with all these sopranos? Jenna is not a soprano role. At least not in the way that most of these choices would make any sense.
Ruthie Ann Miles possibly. I haven't listened to Here Lies Love so I don't know the quality of her lower register but her acting would be amazing.
Kacie Sheik. It would probably be divisive but I'm really curious what she would sound like singing this score and I think she'd get the closest to Jessie's affectations.

off topic but that's a rumour I've not heard before."
A friend heard a Hamilton cast member saying Eva was set to play Eliza on Broadway in/after January. Take that with a major grain of salt, but it might happen. She's supposed to finish Saigon and then immediately jump into Eliza.

I was thinking of powerhouses more in the Sara Bareilles vein but she would be great. They would need to cast Earl and Doctor Pomatter a bit younger though. Particularly Earl since they're supposed to be high school sweethearts.
