Yeah using Angelo Lansbury isn't really a good example. That was long before Murder she Wrote, so who would have heard of her anyway? But it goes back to what I said- even though she was a complete unknown then, think how much her autograph would be worth once her career took off on TV? Don't you wish you'd gone to meet her? Too bad she'd never do a Broadway show now.

BECAUSE of them, all actors do now is sign things.
You can't even get a good reach-a-round any more.
Without stagedooring I probably wouldn't have been able to discuss Gwen Verdon with Chita Rivera. I am very thankful.

95% of my stagedooring is when I ask a friend in the show, am I coming backstage or meeting you at the stage door? And they say stage door.
