Galinda: Can I call you Elphie?
Elphaba: Well, its a little perkie
Galinda: and you can call me.....Galinda!

Glinda:I'm a public figure now, people expect me to...
Elphaba: Lie?
Glinda: BE ENCOURAGING!!!!

Galinda: Fiyero and I are going to be married! EEEEEE! [high pitched cheno-squeal]
Elphaba: He asked you already?
Galinda: No..he doesnt know yet

Elphaba: What, what're you all staring at? Is there something in my teeth? Alright fine, lets get this over with. No I'm not seasick. Yes I've always been green. No I did not eat grass as a child.

Galinda: Is that the grimery?!
Madame Morrible: Yes.
Galinda: Can I touch it?
Madame Morrible : (Pause)...no.

Galindao you remember my essay? 'Magic Wands- Need they have a point'

Glinda: I don't even think he's perfect anymore and I still want him. This must be what other people feel like.

Nothing can beat the opening entrance of Kristin Chenoweth. The audience are in such anticipation of this majorly-hyped show and then suddenly, in a matter of seconds, its reputation is confirmed.

Two of my favorite tender moments...(paraphrased from memory)

Fiyero: Look at her. Well you can say one thing about her, she doesn't give a damn what anybody else thinks.
Galinda: Of course she does, she just pretends not to...

And then, of course:

Elphaba: You're the only friend I've ever had.
Glinda; I've had lots of friends...but only one that mattered.

Boq: Melons, pears and berries.
Nessa: OH MY!!

"You know black is this year's pink!"

When i saw it and one of the sets didn't come on, Galinda said
"and to think, this whole set cost 1 million dollars!"

she also later said (when trying out the wand) "If my bed didn't work, how should I expect this too?!?!"

(trying to show shes protesting to help the animals by changing her name) G(a)linda: Hi the name's Glinda the "ga" is silent!

Derech2 and Elphaba4- no, MTRBOI24 was right, that's not said, it's "What's in the punch?" "Lemons, melons, and pears." "Oh my!". Sorry- that was bothering me. And this isn't a line, but I just loved it how in Defying Gravity Glinda finds that shawl out of nowhere to give to Elphaba, I just found it funny. I also liked Galinda saying, "It's good to see me, isn't it? No need to answer! That was rhetorical!". Elphaba and her entrance to Shiz, "What? What's everyone looking at? Is there something in my teeth? Is my underskirt showing? Ok, lets get this over with. No, I am not seasick, yes, I was born green, and no, I didn't eat grass as a child." And my favorite was "Let the green girl go!" It's just so funny in the actual play. And yet another non-line, in the cornfield scene when they fight with the broom and wand- it cracks me up. All my other favorites have been said.

Man I love all of them that have been mentioned. But there are some more I like. One the night I saw it there were a few times where things were meseed up that were totally hilllarious. Like in the scene where Elphaba is talking to Docter Dillamond, the board doesn't latch (so it keeps flipping back to the side with the history notes), and Idina, keeps trying to get it to stay and she says "I can't get this to stay up" 8while laughing* and Dr. Dillamond replies "Just leave it there." It was hillarious. And the part where Elphaba and Glinda start fighting. When Glinda started twirling her wand, Idina started cracking up, causing the others to start laughing, so they couldn't ge out some of there lines for that scene. And Idina was still cracking up when Joey McIntyre (He played fiyero when I saw it) came swinging in on the rope. And you know that scenes s'pose to be all heroic, but it was just so hillarious with her cracking up.

And anoter funny line was when Elphaba went to see Nessa after she was with Fiyero. It went something like:
Fiyero: "My family has a castle in Kiam Ko. No one is ever there except for the sentrals that guard it. We've never lived there."
Elphaba: "Then where do you live?"
Fiyero: "The other castle."
Elphaba: "Oh, es. Of course..."

It was so great. Wicked is my alltime favorite musical
