Okay here's the review of the disc
There are only 9 songs on the disc
1.) No One Mourns The Wicked: At first I though..ooh no this is just a jazz album cause thats what it sound like, then I hear "Fello Ozians" and all I kept saying was whoever is playing Glinda is actually doing a good job she hit ALL of the High Notes and she kind of sounded like Kendra Kassenbaum..NO LIE...over all the song was good but they should have made the first measures really sound good.
2.) The Wizard and I: Madame Morrible sounds just like Karol Kane..NO LIE..NO EFFIN LIE. This is where we are first introduced to Elphaba on this CD I was a little leary but she did AMAZING she HIT those notes and her ending was AMAZING...NO LIE Y'ALL.
3.) What Is This Feeling: The beginning didn't let me forget I was listening to actual soundtrack of the show...the music eventually picked it up...this song was OKAY but not my favorite. Whoever Glinda still did a good job.
4.) Dancing Through Life: Fiyero sounds like David Ayers...NO LIE...umm . Nessarose was good. Boq was actually really good too. Still it sounded hokey.
5.) Popular: REALLY GOOD....I really liked it. Glinda was GREAT.
The music was good too.
6.) I'm Not That Girl: ANOTHER GOOD ONE.
7.) Defying Gravity: AWESOME ...Elphabas whole singing was actually pretty good and it was really good and her liberties at the end were AWESOME.
8.) As Long as You're Mine: Never was my favorite so I skipped it.
9.) For Good: I actually liked it ...but I prefer Idina and Cheno or Sho and Jen.
All and all after getting over the fact that this exsisted it was a good little album. Some of the singing was really good. I really want to know who the people are singing on this album.
