My sister and I flew up to Toronto yesterday (we are Manhatinites) to see Wicked again (we've seen it 7 or 8 times). We are adults so it's not a teen fascination - - we just love the show). Stephanie Block is one of our favorites and she did Elphaba justice. Her voice is very controlled and she was in fine form - - really good. Kendra is okay...good singer...comedic timing isn't great...seems like she's just "reading" the lines sometimes (Jennifer and Kristen both do a much better job at Glinda).
Fiyero - okay. Not great. Too pop-ish
Nessa - very strong voice. Better than Michelle F.
Carol Kane as MM does a great job although she cannot sing (and she speaks a bit too fast - we know all the lines so of course we knew what she was saying. I'm not sure if everybody else did).
David Garrison (I think that is his name) as the Wizard - very good job.
Boc - I liked him. My sister thought he was okay.
Overall, good for a traveling show. Not quite as strong as the city version but def worth seeing. And some of the "bells and whistles" of the city performance aren't there.

stephanie said "I WISH WE COULD TELL ELPHABA....uh Glinda".
