I'm an obsessed Wicked fan...by the music. I still haven't seen the play, and I'm DYING. I know every song by heart, and it makes me so confused and curious, because I miss all the dialogue in between! It's driving me mad!! So, I'm hoping you'll help me. What is the song, "Something Bad" about? What's so bad? And, how does Nessa die? And, who is Fiyero? Where did he come from? Why does Elphaba think that he is dead, when she sings No Good Deeds? What does Madame Morrible want with Elphaba? What happened to Doc. Dillamond? I'm just so confused!!!
leave the wicked people alone...if you don't want to read a wicked thread here's a thought..dont click on it...the wicked bashing is getting really old.
Unfortunately I don't have a link for you, but there is a very good synopsis of the show floating around online. You might just be better off reading that.
why dont you read this: no one is going to use that all purpose wicked junk b/c they should be allowed to talk about wicked on this site wherever and whenever they please. last time i checked, this was a message board for BROADWAY and if im not mistaken, wicked IS on broadway.
i dont care about the friggin tonys...wicked won 23904127341234097 other awards for best musical...i just dont like avenue q...it was the only show i ever walked out of and thats saying something
someone here needs to stick up for wicked...whenever people make fun of it, wicked fans scurry away...i want to make peace but as long as these wicked bashers are gunna make fun of the show while im the only one making fun of ave. q, it wont happen...we're like gentiles...this will go on for 40 years
While I do think that the Wicked bashing gets really old and annoying, there is also a limit to how many times people want to see a Wicked thread on a Broadway message board. People post a new thread for every question they have, many of which have been discussed before. I am a HUGE fan of the show but it does get irritating when every few threads it is something about Wicked. There are other things out there.
