I assume Rosscoe would know Sarah. So hopefully he'll come by soon and mention it if Boq has been cast yet.
Finally watched that sunrise interview. Amanada & Lucy are hilarious! Utter dags! So perfect.
Also I just remembered why I detest Mel & Kochie so much. Stab! Stab!

I am not sure what browser you use, but it didn't work in Firefox for me, so I had to watch it in IE.

Sarah i have yet to hear who Boq is ( but will see if i can find out ), the launch takes place on Tuesday and the full cast will be announced then
Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist.
Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino.
This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more.

Urban, as far as i know Maggie has been cast as Morrible, no other name has ever been mentioned.

Can I just say how thrilled I am with the casting of Amanda and Lucy as the 2 witches. After watching that Sunrise clip of them (thanks for posting that by the way) you can see how perfect they are! I also read recently that Amanda Harrison played Ellen in the recent Miss Saigon. I was so excited to read this as I remember thinking she was brilliant. Her voice was so powerful and she was such a great actress. She will be an incredible Elphaba I have no doubt. And one look at Lucy and you can see Glinda. This almost makes up for the dreadful decision to cast Rob Mills... although in my mind that is almost unforgivable. When you say alternate Fiyero do you mean he will be the understudy? If that's the case I will just have to pray the main Fiyero is not sick when I see the show

From what i understand Rob Mills will be doing two shows a week, but in saying that. I am now hearing that the role is still yet to be cast ( so the Adam/Rob role sharing may not be right )
Amanda was wonderful in Miss Saigon.

Amanda was great, AND I felt for Ellen (considering Ellen most of the time leaves me a little cold).

Heard on the radio, but haven't seen posted anywhere yet online: Rob Guest as the Wizard, Maggie Kirkpatrick as Morrible, Anthony Callea as Boq, and Rob Mills as Fiyero.

The worst piece of stunt casting i think i have ever seen...No one can tell me there was not more talented actors/singers in this country than Rob Mills or Anthony Callea.
I have no faith left in Australian producers, who seem to think that sticking some crap person from TV will make the show better.

Sounds like you've seen the Australian production already, then, have you Rosscoe? Care to give us a full review? Thought not.

Yup, Heres one,
Lucy, Amanda, Maggie are Brillant The depth they brought to there character's elevated the show to Dizzingly wonderful heights. It's a pity that it cannot be said for the stunt casted roles , Callea walked through the role overwhelmed by the simplest of task, Mills once again proved the only thing he was fit to do was root dumb blondes. The surpise of the evening was Rob Guest as the Wizard.
Does that work for you!!

Your powers are limitless, Rosscoe. I will agree that the casting of Mills is dubious at least, but will refuse to judge until I see what he does.
The one bonus of this casting is that its going to pack the place out. And I think it may be worth the sacrifice of stunt casting two roles to keep a theatre full and keep a hundred people in employment.

I am just beyond disapointed that they had the chance to cast this right and they went for the star casting instead. You know i hope i am wrong, but at this stage i don't see how.
